Order cancellation before shipment

As we usually dispatch orders in 1 working day, we only offer order cancellation before shipment up to 2 hours after the order has been made. In fact, for logistic purposes, cancelling the order after this delay cannot guarantee it won’t be dispatched. If you need to cancel or change parts of your order, quickly message us at [email protected].

Damaged items on arrival

Items arriving damaged is a very are event, but if it happens, please mail us at [email protected] with a photo of the damages, and your order number. If damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.

Order cancellation after shipment

The Customer has the right to retract, within 45 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. In the event of an Order for several Products, the period runs from the date of receipt of the last Product.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products whose packaging is not reusable (cut up and destroyed packaging) cannot be returned because it cannot be put back on sale.

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Horrifiq customer service of his intention to withdraw either by filling in the standard form, a model of which is given below, or by sending an unambiguous statement expressing his intention to withdraw within the 45-day period mentioned above.

This form must be sent to us at [email protected]. We will send you back the return address as well as these instructions. You will have to include the same form, printed or written by hand in your returned parcel. A return parcel missing an order number might not be processed by our return logistics so make sure to include it.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
If your return request is valid, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days.

Late & Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Keep in mind refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank statement after it has been processed by your credit card company.
If 14 days or more elapsed since our refund notice, please contact your credit card company to learn more about the refund.
If your credit card company is not able to help, please contact us at [email protected] so we can provide the refund details to you. These details will allow your bank to search for it specifically in the banking systems and networks.

To avoid abuse of our free returns system, we are not offering free returns labels anymore. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you need it, send us an e-mail at [email protected]. Like returns, you may have to pay for your own shipping charges to return your item, but we will ship you the exchanged item free of charge.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

Returns around the Halloween period

To prevent abuse of our Returns Policy around the Halloween night, we do not accept returns starting November 1st for goods delivered before the October 31 night. If you need to return your order, we will request you to drop off your return package to your local Post office before October 31.

We always advise our customers to order during the month of September, for better peace of mind. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified next September and to avoid ordering late. If you’re looking to order from us during October with the aim of Halloween, we advise you to carefully read our shipping policies to make sure you order will arrive in time. Orders created late October that could not be delivered before Halloween according to our shipping times will not be eligible for refunds of shipping fees.
